ASSESSMENT
Assessment (Relative Grading System):
- A Pre-Assessment Test – Perspective Aptitude Test (PAT) will be conducted for the nominated participants for aptitude testing and profiling of the participants
- Multi-element evaluation system that includes [a] level of attendance during LIVE sessions conducted by faculty in person, [b] level of participation during class discussion, [c] surprise quizzes and [d] end term examinations.
- For company nominated officials, in-depth assessments for all subjects and overall CGPA will give the concerned company an independent assessment of each participant with reference to skills acquired and also an opportunity to [a] evaluate his/her relative readiness for taking up young leadership role or [b] assess whether he/she is ready for promotion to young leadership position.
Participants will be continuously evaluated on the following 7 fronts:

Certification
Participants will be issued an autonomous certificate to be jointly certified by CII – Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence For Leadership and the Strategy Academy Centre For Advanced Studies (TSACAS).
- Successful Completioncertificate will be issued to those who will meet all the requirements for successful completion of YLDP. These requirements are:
- Minimum 60% attendance in faculty conducted 100% LIVE and 2 way interactive sessions
- Minimum 60% level of participation during class discussion with faculty
- Minimum 60% with a CGPA of 5.0 or rating of “Average” [the 5 levels of grades are: Excellent, Good, Average, Fair and Poor]
- Those failing to meet the above 3 requirements for successful completion of YLDP will receive a Participation Certificate subject to their meeting of a select few threshold requirements as follows:
- Minimum 30% attendance in faculty conducted 100% LIVE and 2 way interactive sessions.
- Minimum 30% level of participation in class discussion with faculty.
- A CGPA below 5.0 willNot be considered for issuing Participation Certificate
- Those failing to meet even the threshold requirements of Participation Certificate will NOT be issued any certificate.
