During the session I learnt lots of business insights. every session was really helpful to develop the leaders to grow the organization in smarter ways.

YLDP was designed very well and the way it was conducted throughout the session was excellent, because the answers for queries were explained in an understandable way along with live and practical examples and moreover it was good interactive session.
I feel immense pleasure to thank my organization for choosing me as one of the candidates to participate in such a wonderful program. In turn, I have gained a lot of confidence in-terms of improved efficiency by getting the most out of my team. Satisfactory and Good. Well-structured & Organised sessions High tech & qualified professors shared their experience and inputs on how to manage the system & people professionally. The training was very interesting and gave lot of inputs, certainly it would be helpful for my career.
According to me Module 1 to Module 3 was very interesting and I could gather more knowledge. Module 4 – I couldn’t understand much, the course was too short , and it would have been better if they had provided more practical examples & implementations in more understanding way.

I have learnt a lot from this training, it was a wonderful journey throughout the season, these are most useful and applicable in my day to day work, marketing and position, how to calculate financial ratios, how to read and understand financial statements, understanding different types of costs, how strategies are implemented, turnaround strategy, personal branding, team building, data analysis, how to grow as a strategic leader.

Overall, in short word is “Very Good”.

“The content is tailor-made and was built for purpose of training Middle Management Executives with their future career progression in mind based on which Modules and Topics were chosen that were market/industry-relevant. Professors are very knowledgeable in their respective fields, approachable and likeable as not only professors but also future mentors for candidates with the drive to share and impart their knowledge, expertise and experience. The timings and general organization were handled very well by the staff and well implemented as well with the latest software available considering the whole course were done online. Timings were also convenient for people WFH and working from offices. It is always important to grade people on more than just exam/test results and it does that very well with an overall assessment of the candidate on different levels and a matrix style system with a way to prove oneself in multiple directions. It has certainly improved many of the skills that I use in my day to day work when dealing with clients, vendors, colleagues as well as made me understand important financial aspects of business and operations. I would certainly recommend this course to people in Middle Management to further their prospects in their career.”
